Instore Direct Ltd is a leading provider of furniture and appliance solutions throughout the North of England.

Having worked over the past 10 years in both the public and private rented sectors, we understand the various building environments, operating policies and level of service required. Our extensive experience and understanding of these sectors has enabled us to achieve the trust of our high calibre clients.

We work in partnership with a wide range of manufacturers and importers, including all leading appliance manufacturers. Our range has been carefully selected to suit all types of properties, from student to executive lets, supplying flat pack to bespoke contract furniture.

We provide a comprehensive delivery and installation service throughout the North of England using our own dedicated delivery teams.

Operating from our warehouse facility in Leeds, our delivery teams will:

•    Arrange a suitable delivery date and time
•    Deliver, assemble and install the goods
•    Remove all waste packaging
•    Provide customers with product instructions

We also operate a key collection and return service for unoccupied properties, and can remove by prior arrangement with you any old or unwanted furniture and appliance items.

Our policy is to minimise waste to landfill, therefore we recycle all waste packaging and work closely with a variety of charities in order to reuse old or unwanted furniture and appliances.

Our health and safety practices have been developed to ensure the safety of all our people, and that they are free of risks that may occur through the execution of our work and operations.

We recognise that through our working activities we have the potential to have an impact on the environment. Therefore, we will minimise or prevent any harmful environmental effects that result from our activities whenever and wherever they occur.

Background:

Established in 2001 and based in Leeds, Instore Direct Limited is one of the region’s largest and most experienced suppliers of furniture and appliances to landlords, tenants, developers, investors and agents along with public sector landlords.  Our customers use us time and again due to our extensive product range, great customer service and invaluable understanding of the private and social housing sectors.
