Making A Purchase
Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our store, and add any items that you wish to purchase into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on 'Checkout' and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to complete the order.

We accept payment from most Credit and Debit cards via our Secure Server.

When you recieve confirmation of your order, this indicates that we have received your order. It does not indicate that a contract exists between us. We will indicate acceptance of your order, and hence a contract between us, when we send you an invoice. We have included this term to protect us in the case that a mistake has been made in pricing, we have inadvertently under-priced goods, or we are no longer able to supply a particular product for some reason. In the case of a change of price, we will always contact you first to ensure that the price is acceptable.

Any items purchased via the website, and then cancelled, will incurr a 5% restocking charge.

All orders are sent by Insured Parcel Delivery Service.
We deliver to UK mainland only.

Delivery Schedule
All stock items will be delivered direct to you within 2 working days unless otherwise stated, alternatively all out of stock items can take up to 14 working days.

Back Orders
If your item is not in stock, we will contact you within 2 working days with an estimated time of delivery. Please note this can take up to 14 working days for out of stock items.

When an order is placed on our website, your credit card details are encrypted using 128-bit SSL 3 encryption. These details are passed immediately to our payment service provider (DataCash) to facilitate the transaction.
