Their latest project, The Coal Yard 2, is strategically located in the vibrant heart of this northern city.

The brief:

Instore was tasked with supplying free-standing furniture throughout this stunning new PBSA development in York. As a space-saving solution designed to give students more storage space, we installed Ottoman divan bases across all sleeping quarters.

In total, we supplied 81 ottoman bed bases & mattresses, 81 study chairs, and across all communal spaces and breakout areas, we installed 24 sofas, 11 communal dining tables and benches, 14 smart TVs (mounted) & 19 coffee tables.
